and Evaluation
(b) Web Presence design & development to fit the Target
Audience
(c) Marketing into the Web to get qualified web
visitors
(d) Customer Service and Business Administration Systems
If you don’t have all
four components – each excellently done – you
will not have a financially successful e-commerce company
earning adequate return-on-investment – or at least
won’t have one for very long.
Since most of the companies
you may work with will be foreign companies you will also
be learning – and be held to - Western work ethics,
standards and protocols (examples: e-mail
