Apply to Participate In The E-Commerce Training Academy


All over the world - new Graduates have difficulty securing jobs because they can’t address employers’ concerns of ‘not having any real work experience’. They have no credentials. It’s a valid concern.

The purpose of the E-Commerce Training Academy is to provide participants with the ability to work on actual e-commerce companies – live on the web - so the participants can gain ‘real world’ experience and actual work credentials.

Participants learn by doing – how e-commerce businesses are organized – how work teams: develop – design - operate and manage real web businesses. These are not classroom simulations – but actual companies. You show potential employers your work experience with a mouse click.

Participants also learn by doing – the growing 21st Century work mode of telecommuting via the web - which allows individuals to team with others from across the city - or around the world.

Ideally, participants can later find employment with foreign companies - but continue to live with their families and love ones – not have to become OFWs in order to earn. They may even choose to help operate their own e-commerce company – or several of them.

During any period of time – there is only room for a limited quantity of enrollees in the E-Commerce Training Academy.

Selection is made from the ‘best of the brightest’ – combined with those interested in long-term careers in e-commerce.

To be considered, you must be recommended by an AMA facility member. There are no ‘entrance exams’. You can either accomplish the work Assignments ‘on time’ or you can’t. There is no tuition.

If accepted – you’ll be assigned to a specific e-commerce company. To continue participation you must comply with Western work ethics and standards. Means for example, excellent work is the norm -‘Assignments are completed ‘as scheduled’ – ‘Pinoy Time’ is OUT.

If you think ‘professionalism’ is difficult to achieve – it is. It takes both dedication and excellent work habits. If you think it would be difficult for you to achieve – don’t even bother to apply. You would just be wasting your own and others’ time.
