OJT Opportunities for Additional Skills

You would like to acquire more skills in one or more facets required to operate an e-commerce business (see Needed Skills).

You may have some skills in the area now (for example BLOGING) – but not enough that a company will entrust you with the responsibility for an important aspect of their business.

Solution

Consider doing OJT in that skill with an Academy E-Commerce business.

If available, you’ll be assigned to a senior Academy participant mentor (someone who knows more about the subject then you do). They’ll try to help you learn more. Then when you’re ready – you can assume responsibility for that field in a different e-commerce company.
